Rates: $169 for single/double occupancy and $179 for triple/quad occupancy.

Reservations: Reservations can be made online or by calling 407-239-4200. To get the group rate, reference 2015 Excellence in Journalism Conference when booking. The group rate is available until August 28, 2015 or until the block sells out, whichever comes first.

Parking: Self-park is $15.98 a day. Valet is $26.63 a day.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is 4 p.m., and check-out is 11 a.m.

Orlando International Airport (MCO)
– Approximately 17 miles from the hotel
– Mears Transportation Shuttle is approximately $21 (one way). Reservations required.
– Taxi is estimated at $55 (one way).
– The hotel does not provide shuttle service to/from the airports.

Kissimmee Gateway Airport (ISM)
– Approximately 10 miles from the hotel.
– Taxi is estimated at $39 (one way)
– The hotel does not provide shuttle service to/from the airports.
