Attend EIJ13 for little or no cost!
Several scholarships are available for SPJ members who want to attend EIJ13.
SPJ will select up to five Terry Harper Memorial Scholarship winners, six Diversity Leadership Fellows and one student recipient of the Robert D. G. Lewis First Amendment Award.
Each scholarship covers conference registration and some travel costs, in addition to other perks that vary by award.
The deadline to apply is Monday, May 6, and you may direct any questions to Lauren Rochester at awards@spj.org.

This registration includes:
— Two Super Sessions
— 60 breakout sessions
— Access to the Journalism Expo
— Participation in newsroom tours and critiques
— Opening Night Reception
You may purchase tickets to meal events while you register.

Pre-conference Registration | Register by August 8
On-Site Registration
Package Registration
This registration includes:
— Two Super Sessions

Also includes one ticket each to the following meal events:
— NAHJ Newsmaker Luncheon, Sunday, August 25 at Noon
— RTDNA Paul White Award Reception, Sunday, August 25 at 6:30 p.m.
And a ticket to one of the following events (your choice):
— SPJ President’s Installation Banquet, Monday, August 26 at 6:30 p.m.
— NAHJ Hall of Fame Gala, Monday, August 26 at 7 p.m.

Cancellation Policy
All refund requests must be made in writing to Heather Dunn. No requests made by telephone will be accepted. Cancellation requests made before August 8 are subject to a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be made after August 8.
